Meet The Team: Marissa Langdon, Lead Designer

The Nuñez Co’s footprint is growing globally and so is our team! Since launching in February of 2020, our company has been helping businesses, nonprofits, and startups as they develop, strategize, and scale their brands. We’ve been relentless in our efforts to make sure our partners survive and thrive during and after COVID-19. In the next few months, we’ll be freshening up our own brand as we grow our team and add new case studies of our 2020 partners. We’re in a pivotal growth phase and we couldn’t be more excited for what’s to come!

After a month-long search and over 200 applicants(!) later, we have found our newest creative team member to help propel The Nuñez Co forward. Marissa Langdon is joining us (remotely) from Massachusets and will be spearheading our creative design work. Join us is welcoming Marissa to the team!

" Creating purposeful art that speaks to people is what motivates me"

What do you want folks to know about you?

You’ve stumbled upon an adventure-seeking, nature enthusiast. When designing I put my best efforts forward to create beautiful designs and enjoy doing it! I bring positive energy and a can-do attitude into every project that I take on. On the regular, you can find me wearing fun socks and a smile on my face!

What inspires your creativity?

Nature has always been a big inspiration for my creativity, the symmetry of mother nature is the best thought-starter for me. Gardens are where I go to regain my inner peace, the unique shapes and colors help to give me new perspectives. I love adventuring with my camera and capturing the experiences I come across in nature and life.

What motivates you?

When designing, my goal is to create a design that elevates the business through its brand. I don’t just want to design a logo that looks nice, I want to help create an identity that people want to get involved with. Figuring out creative solutions and getting the project to have meaning in each element are my main goals. Creating purposeful art that speaks to people is what motivates me. I am a very artistic person who loves to be constantly creating. And on my slow days when that doesn’t do the trick, I have my mango green tea to help me out!

What’s one thing you are most excited about in this new role?

One of the things that I am most excited about in this new role is the diversity of brands I will have the chance to work with. Opening up many opportunities to learn about new topics and gain new perspectives. Adding versatility to my routine, keeping it fresh and exciting!
